Warranty Coverage:

Manufacturing Defects: Our warranty guarantees that your Hydrapeak drinkware is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If your product exhibits any defects due to manufacturing issues, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Warranty Exclusions:

Consequential or Incidental Damages: This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the use of the product or from any malfunction.

Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discolorations, or fading due to usage or exposure to sunlight or washing, is not covered by our warranty.

Abuse, Misuse, or Neglect: Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations or repairs, or failure to follow recommended care and use instructions will not be covered by the warranty.

Our warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the Hydrapeak product and is non-transferable.

Hydrapeak reserves the right to determine the validity of warranty claims and to provide remedies at our discretion.

This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Hydrapeak or authorized retailers. Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty.
